NBS 30 was prepared by I. Friedman, J. R. O'Neil and G. Cebula of the US Geological Survey from a sample of Lakeview tonalite (southern California batholith) provided by L. Silver, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena. The δ2H values should be determined on the water fraction (3.5%), and the δ18O value on the whole sample [1].
Analyte | Value | Unit | SD | R/I/C |
---|
δ18O | +5.1 | ‰VSMOW1 | 0.1 | R |
δ2H | -65.7 | ‰VSMOW | 0.3 | R |
(R/I/C) Classification assigned to the property value for analyte (Recommended/Information/Certified)
